Nov 7th, 2017Lovely yet quiet nose of lime and citrus pith. (UPDATE: Nose gets classic Huhnerberg aromas of citrus oil, honey, spices, mineral, dazzlingly complex) Lovely mineral in the background. Serious Huhnerberg bottlings always need extensive air. Delicate and forceful on the palate with that electric Muellen acidity. So balanced and fresh. Dynamic. Really one of the leaders In the feinherb style. Terrific minerality. Fabulous complexity. There is serious mineral vigor here and such balance. Fleshy fruit and so long, concentrated and powerful. An amazing wine.
