Trarbacher Huhnerberg Kabinette Trocken Mosel Riesling

Vintage 2011 / Butterscotch and a beginning of petrol. Hoewphm, I like this. Minerals and beautiful acids. What a good effort,this riesling. Paired with fried Sechuan fish in sweetsour sauce. A wonderful combination!

Ahh. Beautiful wine that will age 20+ years. Super vivid citrus aromas with slate and peach. Big Muellen acids and heavenly texture. Intense, long and pure.

2008 Muellen trocken delicious, heady nose

So beautiful and refreshing. Apples perfect acidity. Glad I have more for later. Every drink brought me closer to summer.
