Stunning wine. Nose is perfectly middle aged. Floral, honey, 3% petrol adds such complexity. But still has youthful vigor. Kumquat, smoke, jellied ginger, red plum, and so much more. Sick aromas. Palate hits you with that epic 2010 acidity and ripe fleshy stone fruits. Wow this is epic. The enormousness of the palate and that acid is such a combo. It’s ripe but man that acid cuts it like nothing else. That’s some serious thunder and lighting on the finish. Dry extract is bonkers on this. This is such an epic Auslese. My goodness.
9.7 to 9.8 overnight. Citrus, mineral explosion, huge all types of citrus, so complex and ripe. Stunning. Wow acids! Wow wow wow. This wine is so Effin great. Unreal depth on the nose. So concentrated and deep. Wow.

Candies lime, melon, slate, herbs, spice and so so much more. Insane. Complex and juicy with terrific ripeness and dazzling purity. Deep and that 10 acid being the cracked out hype man. Woot! Concentrated up the wazoo. Holy shit. What poise. A baby at 10! But will last 25 more.

Nose is apricot flowers. Peach skin. Gorgeous.
Palate is liquid sugar made from apricots. Great acidity. Juicy. So good. Very long. Delicious. Just blasts the mouth with that tart perfect juiciness. Perfect peach. Lovely richness.
Perfect peach. The apogee of fruit. In a bottle. You can drink any time. This day god does not hate us all.

Palate is concentrated perfectly ripe peach. Crunchy confectionary elements. Juicy. Crazy fresh. It has the concentration of baked peaches but the freshness and clarity of perfect fresh ones.
Epic levels of almost tart acidity. Wow.
Whatever I bought it was a massive under buy.
