2020. My second February enjoying a bottle of this delicious Rosato! The fruit flavors and crisp finish paired so well with marinated tomatoes.
I need to order more than one bottle of the next vintage so I can try it in the summer…

Bring on all the funk with this one. But give it about 45 minutes to open in the glass and strawberry herbs begin to hint and tease the nose with what’s to come: An effervescent strawberry fruit punch.

Apr 25th, 202460% Nero d'Avola 2021, 40% Nero d'Avola 2020. Whole clusters (stems intact) foot tread for an overnight maceration on skins before pressing the following day. Fermented and aged separately in neutral tanks. Unfined. Unfiltered. Sediment expected.
Vineyards: Bricarelli Ranch, Ukiah, Mendocino County; 15-year-old head trained, dry-farmed vineyard. Chiarito-Ling Vineyard, Ukiah, Mendocino County; dry-farmed. I really enjoyed the 2019 and 2020 Benson Ranch Rosato and this multi-vintage wine is great too. Probably the most I’ve heard my wife rave about a rosé.
