2020. My second February enjoying a bottle of this delicious Rosato! The fruit flavors and crisp finish paired so well with marinated tomatoes.
I need to order more than one bottle of the next vintage so I can try it in the summer…

Bring on all the funk with this one. But give it about 45 minutes to open in the glass and strawberry herbs begin to hint and tease the nose with what’s to come: An effervescent strawberry fruit punch.

Sep 16th, 20252022. This is now designated as Bricarelli Ranch vineyard. We were grilling kebabs and vegetables and pulled two California Nero d’Avola rosés. This wine had deep red berry and ripe strawberry flavors. We all loved it but preferred it alone as the crisper Donkey & Goat paired even better with dinner.
