The 07 is turning out just fine. A beautiful balance. The acid is pleasant, nice fruit with a just enough oak. Like it, like it!

Very smooth, light to medium bodied wine. Little to light acidity on the finish. Tannins of red berries. Paired nicely with veal sweetbreads with a mushroom sauce.

Nice alpine meadow opening with fast progression to classic Tempranillo abrupt finish. Great with herb spiked sirloin.
