Reserva Rioja Tempranillo

Very oak heavy on opening; flavors balance out on day 2 with tobacco and leather notes really coming through.

Was expecting more from a good Rioja year, but it's still tasty.

Cherry and herbs and leather.

Aromas of dried fruit that mix with hints of burnt wood, tobacco with little dill and pastrami popping in and out. On the palette dried fruit. A touch too acidic for my taste. Nice raisin aftertaste. Great wine for $20

마실때 마다 너무 무겁지도 가볍지도 않은 밸런스에 점점 더 좋아지는 와인 중 하나.

시차 적응을 핑계로 주말 낮에 스테이크 구우면서 와인 개봉한다. Rioja지방 와인만 마시다보니 다른 와인을은 밍밍해서 도저히 마시기 힘들다. 화창한 오후 터프한 와인과 함께한다.
