Exploding out of the glass; cherries, strawberries, cacao, coffee, chocolate, hazelnut, gravel, brisket, pork belly with crackling, an intense sanguine nature, peonies, cardomun, riverbank, maple bacon, clove, numbing menthol, pepper. Truly amazing. Well structured!

Discovered this 2006 release while visiting in San Sebastián last week. Absolutely love this wine. Decanted about 30 minutes prior to the first sip, the intense flavor a were smooth and complex. Absolutely love this wine...and it's an excellent price for the bottle.
