👃🏻 fruta roja madura, cereza, muy frutal 👄 potente, secante y presencia de madera, todavia joven, pero agradable.

The case this bottle came from had bottle shock, so it needed to sit for a few months before I could open it. Still could have used a few more weeks to settle, but it's drinkable after letting it breathe for a while. I recommend decanting this one.

Not too acidic, hint of fruit that lasts well past the initial tasting. Pairs well with cheese and nice to sip on its own.

2011 Deep ruby. Expressive nose in a developing stage displaying aromas of ripe dark plums, dark cherries, violets, white pepper, liquorice and hints of game.

Dry in the mouth with a medium acidity and firm tannic structure with a fine-grained texture. The flavour concentration is pronounced, balancing the slightly warm alcohol. Long finish.
