This is the "dry" (white capsule) version of Molitors Spätlese which delivers a flavor potpourri of fresh sliced white Peach, Citrus, Grapefruit mixed with herbs & spices. Beautiful integrated acidity, not to high but with the exactly last "Kick" I really love. Lots of herbs & slate components on the palate. Good amount of potential left for a decade of aging.

Pop and pour, notes from 2 hrs open. At first, the nose showed intense petrol, but that softened with air, then: peach, a hint of petrol, honeysuckle, a line of savory herbs (jackfruit?). On the palate: fantastic acidity, lime, peach, thyme-infused oil, excellent density, and a very soft sweetness that slowly emerges. Nice long finish. Perfect with our pan-seared salmon with grilled vegetables.
