Zeltinger Himmelreich Kabinett Riesling

Apples, stones, savory, salty. Lovely. Nice body, snappy acidity.

This Zeltinger Himmelreich Kabinett feinherb (Green Capsule) is clean, fresh with lots of grapefruit & lemon aromas. A still very young, shy and a bit "nervous" nose. Not 100% together. Nice play between the fruit (white) & dancing acidity on the palate. A very "light" Kabi style but imo exactly what this kind of wine is all about. I don't need tons of sugar & extract in this Prädikat. This boy flows down like water. Will be better after 2-3 years cellar time. Nice showing.

Too much Restsüsse to have with food, stand-alone nice

Wonderful minerally Riesling with a very slight earthy undernote. Penetrating on the palet and a lasting finish. Getting into our treasures we brought back from the Mosel region this summer.

What?? 😳😳. A 9.5 for a sweet white wine?? A resounding yes! An explosion of mineral honey dew, laced with slate. Vibrant acidity tickling your cheeks. Notes of iron in a lingering finish.

Oerhört rent och lätt i stilen. En hint av honung, torkad mango och ananas i näsan. Juicigt och uppfriskande i munnen med en bra avvägning mellan sötma och syra!
