GK. No formal notes. But will taste tonight and note it up. Crazy acids! Nose is all lime zest, jet fuel, slate and some elegant citrus. Palate is just so juicy and intense. High acid, dense and so sweet yet tart. Just awesome.

This the 14 Markus Molitor Saarburger Rausch Auslese. Near syrupy fruit. Sticky but the fruit really shines. A little overripe pineapple, pink grapefruit, lime, lemon, soft minerality.

Tydlig botrytis-profil. Stor sötaktig doft. Torkad aprikos, apelsinmarmelad, saffran, honung och massa mogen exotisk frukt. I munnen är den i princip torr, rik och koncentrerad. Elektrisk upplevelse. Ingen tydlig utveckling än. Mastig och konsumera, drack över två dagar. Värt 800 kr = ja.
