This is incredible and very young. Insane structure, mineral expression and depth. Nose is lime blossom, wet slate, it’s so pure, some peach. Palate is so complex, acidic and stacked. Finishes with sweet lime and minerals. Very long. Very classy, refined wine. My score might go up as it airs! White Capsule.
