Bernkasteler Badstube Auslese* Riesling from famous winery Markus Molitor.
Honey, cooked pineapple, overripe lemon, dried figs, wax, cumin.
Full, sweet but not sticky, acidity just enough but less than expected. Dried pineapple with some grapefruit segments on the palate. Lacks concentration and acidity for me. Pleasant but not really exciting. No wonder, it's a blend of many vineyards in the Grosslage Badstube.
