Definitely not white wine. Savory and structured Roditis with skin contact. Bergamot, quince, dried orange peel, tomato vine, cashews, hazelnuts, tannin. Organic. Dare I say this is a “classic” orange wine? Pair this with spanakopita when you’re feeling funky.

Natural orange wine is like sour beer to me - nice to have once in a while, but not my favorite style. Greek funkiness, easy to drink, amber color, Roditis grape.
