Decent wine for the price. Drinks better than a standard Mark West. Pairs well with past and garlic but light enough to drink on its own. To our buddy, "Haven't you heard, bird is the word!"

Very strong notes of smoke and wood. I feel like I'm sitting by a bonfire every time I take a sip. Surprisingly smooth, not particularly hot or acidic. A very pleasant medium bodied red. This would pair excellent with certain meals - maybe a blackened chicken or a nice ribeye.

Nice Pinot Noir. Russian River reds tend to be deep and rich and this one will not disappoint. Enjoyed with BBQ Chicken Thighs marinated in thyme, olive oil, garlic and soy sauce. A few red pepper flakes and it didn't drowned out the wine.

Delicate with mixed fruit in the front. Cherry and tannins to start. Ends suddenly.
