For under $10 (Winn Dixie) surprisingly large on the center palate with some butter and oak. Good balance, short but pleasant finish. About as good as you'll find an everyday little brother to the B I G Calif Chards I love.

This offers ripe pineapple with some hints of vanilla which lends a smooth, creamy element to this simple wine. Mellow and really easy to drink. First sip pineapple then gone quick.

Not bad for a Deerfield Beach convenience store close to midnight.

Jan 28th, 2015Price point in OH is $10.99. Not bad for the price. A little buttery, a little fruity but not too sweet. Not oaky at all (disappointing if you're looking for oak). Is fine for a cheap Chard, but if you want oaky & buttery, move up a few dollars.
