Black Monterey County Pinot Noir
Monterey County, Central Coast, California, USAA very easy pinot noir to drink. I like that when I take a sip, the flavor spreads evenly before leaving a dry kiss on the top of my tongue . Nice aroma, too.

May 25th, 2017Little glass sizes. 2014. It's ok if you don't want to open a whole bottle of something better. It opens up ok.

Had this at a local bar happy hour. Cherry and oak on the nose (which also adds some body). Decent enough to order two glasses, but not the most enjoyable pinot (even for the money), as I felt like there were some different flavors that didn't really come together.

Sep 30th, 2016Attended a neighborhood wine tasting, where the price point was under $20. This "black label" Pinot noir was my favorite of the evening; smooth, fruity, and a nice substance to it. Very nice.
