Has a nice strong astringent taste once opened. Rounds out as it breathes. A little fruit forward but finishes with notes of chocolate, blackberry and currant.

Dry with just a hint of sweet but deliciously so, not too much. Feels lighter than most of my reds I like. Great pick Dakota!
