Crisp and gulpable, with some decent structure, but not terribly complex. Dependable every day aperitivo for Rodeo chips (Italian Fritos) and mozzarella.

Damn refreshing. Lime juice and a hint of Amalfi lemon, ripe golden apple, honeysuckle, cantaloupe, crushed oyster shells, backed by great acidity. The distinctive cantaloupe note really picks up mid palate and continues for a good while on the finish. Perfect with shrimp/lobster/fennel risotto.
