This is wonderful! Salon-esque, it's big, explosive champagne. Buttery, complex with layers of sweet apple, brioche, marine life. Delicious minerality. Like it a lot.

60/40 blend, Pinot being the dominant. Crisp, chalky, a bit too punchy to my taste.
