Tre Utin Barolo Nebbiolo
Not the best barolo I’ve ever had, but it’s very pleasant one. This wine needs a decantation, but it’s obvious. An hour after it presents itself with a gentle nose of a leather, some vanilla (maybe from a barrel, I cannot decide) and a red currant. I think, maybe it’s still too young - because of high acidity.

角がとれてふんわりとした風味が印象的。美味しかったが、デキャンタは必須か。
