Bold yet fruity with a bit of bitterness on the back end. I used an aerator and I believe that helped bring out the fruity berry notes. This was great to sip at the end of a long day but would want to try with lamb or a nice beef stew to bring out the minerals that are subtle but stay on the tongue.

This goes down as one of the best wines I've ever had! Smooth, delicious with very little need to breathe. Fruit forward without being sweet. Just exquisite!
