Clear medium ruby red in color. Nose is cherry and strawberry. More bright cherry and strawberry on the palate with a hint of Monterey minerality. Chewy tannin finish with medium acid lingering. Pretty straight forward and leaning toward the fruity side, this wine drinks young and fresh after six years. I wonder what another six would bring.
