Deep garnet color and full bodied. Blackberry and black current notes up front leading to leather notes in the mid palate and a smooth velvety lightly tannic finish. Delicious, great value Bordeaux. Should have bought a case!

My friend J at Total Wine recommended this to me - a superb Margaux at a price point that won't break the bank - and this does not disappoint as it's an excellent value to pair with some nice red meat. Easy sipping, well structured mature red fruit - with a nice tapering finish. Good glass and great value!

2012. Typical Margaux blend of Merlot and Cab. Very smooth not too fruity slightly dry. Probably benefit from some more aging but good drinkable wine now

A little tough but decent length and blackcurrants. Needs time to soften the tannins.

Bought at Lidl for £16.99 and drunk 13/11/15.
Fairly nice balanced dinner wine with a good flavour.
Would probably buy again.
