I'd say the dosage on this is a little more intense than I would have hoped but it offers a nice contrast to the Tradition.

Really clean and yeasty nose. Nice minerals. Palate is a bit round right now but in 45 minutes this will be killer. Needs to integrate.

Terrific nose. Super mineral. Excellent class and elegance. Good cut and richness. Honeyed finish. Echoes nicely. Really tastes dry. I know dosage is 8-9 but really does not seem like it. I love these wines but I believe the boat trip really effs them up. I have bottles from my first shipment that I am sitting on to test my theory.
