Lovely and delicious champagne. Big red and blue fruits and amazing acidity.

Wow. Stirring aromas that walk the line between fino sherry, comte and acacia and yellow flowers. Intoxicating, really. Palate doesn’t disappoint with green apple, hay, white miso, and minerals. Tart and enveloping, a beautifully delineated wine.

04/19 Disgorgement

2014 Base Wine/Vintage and April 2018 disgorgement.

Superb champagne for the price, red apple skin, red raspberry, wild strawberry, framboise, chalky and rocky.

Creamy richness, pear and flint. Was very good and too easy to finish the bottle.

2013 vintage Base wine; Disgorged January 2016. More oxidative than I prefer.
