With a blend of Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc and Gruner Veltliner, I wanted more crispness, floral and fruit. Maybe because it was aged on lees the wine doesn’t have the expected characteristics. It’s a little better when aerated which isn’t typical for a white but decided to try. It’s ok, just not my taste.
