Pale salmon, bone dry (non-dosage), strawberry and orange cream, some chalk. Wild yeasts make themselves known. Mouth-wateringly good, and gently priced too. Damn near killed a whole bottle by myself without realizing. Poke bowl night gets a little wild in the Perlman household folks.
