Made from Grenache (86%) & Syrah grapes sourced from vineyards in Santa Barbara & Alamo Creek in San Luis Obispo County & also blended with Counoise & Cinsaut, through a process called Saignée where a portion is bled off to yield a slightly pink juice from a red must right after crush. Light salmon with aromas of fresh berry fruits & subtle spices. On the palate flavors of strawberry and sweet spices, slightly savory. Soft drying tannins, light body ending with a mineral characteristics. Tasting Sample!
