This is one of the better pure CF based wines I had in recent years, coming from an Israeli Boutique winery, the wine is 95% CF and 5% CS. It has a deep garnet color, a truly amazing nose, herbal, with black cherries, dark chocolate, mint, eucalyptus and plums, full body, intense with chewy tannins, thick texture, rich with balancing acidity. A long never ending finish. Delicious! My score 91, drink to 2020.

A wonderful brick in color with a brown rim.

Barnyard on the nose with cherries, blackberries, oak, earth, figs, dirt, forest floor and light black pepper.

Full-bodied with nice legs and high acidity.

Dry on the palate with cherries, blackberries, Earth, forest floor, ‫mint, cloves, vanilla, oak, cola and light bell pepper.

Medium finish with soft, round tannins and peppercorn.

This is a wonderful Single Vineyard, Cabernet Franc from Israel. Aged nicely and now it is soft, smooth and elegant, and Very enjoyable by itself.

88% Cabernet Franc and 12% Cabernet Sauvignon.

14.4% alcohol by volume.
