Marco De Bartoli
Integer Terre Siciliane Zibibbo

Unexpected and fresh. A nose that was different from the palate. Nose was grapefruit and honeysuckle. Mouth is crushed yellow spring flowers, quite delightful, lemon curd and tingly light acid - even some texture because of the unfiltered technique. Hint of asparagus. Keeps you coming back

A very special wine, made only in years where Sebastiano (Marco’s son) is able to fully ripen his Zibibbo/Muscat. Interestingly it’s made only from the offshoots of the cluster. If you love aromatic dances (like I do), this is for you. Micro-detailed imagery of salty lemons, Valencia orange, and green herbs - bone dry and delicate but with a little body from some time in oak and on skins. Unfiltered pale gold beauty.
