Rustic nose of tobacco, sage, vanilla bean and cherry reduction. Juicy, clean dark red fruit. Very fresh and fruit dominant. Just the slightest mid-palate sweetness as you can almost pick out the hint of Merlot. Tannins are soft and coat the palate with a well balanced finish.
