This was interesting. Cool from an historic perspective, but not overly enjoyable. At 46 years, I was shocked it was so alive. Funky nose, mushrooms, cherry and licorice upon opening, some tar, then raisins and plum notes. Lots of acid and mostly tertiary (quaternary?) elements at this point. Well past its prime but not dead yet.

Very layered flavors, all the good stuff was in there, notes of earth, currant, leather, hint of spice.
