1998 and very satisfying on the anniversary of my marriage of the same year. Gorgeously developed nose of red plum and cherry cordial with hint of mint. A touch disjointed with angular tannins for drying Finnish that lasts. The nose is 98 but the texture is 89 so we rate the middle.

Wunderbar gereift, anfangs etwas verschlossen, an die Luft gelassen kräftige Kaffee, Schoko und rauchige Aromen. Am Gaumen, wie von einem 100% Merlot zu erwarten reife Frucht mit schöner Samtigkeit und Eleganz. Langer Abgang.
