Honest wine, favorable pricing. Intense yellow colour. Very complex mosaics of aromas on the nose, making one stay on sniffing stage quite long. Besides others quince, jasmine, osmanthus and apple with honey can be distinguish clearly. Plain palate with green apple and white currant accents. Brief splash of acidity turns into floral and a bit fruity finish.
Grilled seabass or gilt-head bream would pair Grillo perfectly
