Raisins Gaulois Gamay

Gamay

Chicken, Game, Turkey, Duck, Goose
Top Notes For
Nose has fresh cranberry, black cherry, moist garden soil and dried orange peel.
Palate has black cherry, moist chalk, minor stainless note, dried cranberry, dried tart cherry and dry potting soil. Medium finish, fun acidity, crushable! 90m decant.
I can now see why a young, over-cropped Gamay is so popular...
(Grapes sourced mostly from Morgon 👍👍)

Aug 30th, 2020Whimsical wine! Fresh & bright, crunchy & punchy with a solid wallop of the usual acidity you want in a young Gamay.
