The 2011 vintage of marcel cabelier, AOC Arbois is a wonderful Chardonnay and is 13.0% ABV. Brilliant and golden this wine was produced in the Jura region of France renowned for its Chardonnay fruit. This dry wine has unique characteristics of plain yogurt, citrus, minerality and lees. The wine is refreshing, dry, crisp and leaves a slightly salty impression on the palate. Pairs well with baked French onion soup with melted Gruyere cheese, or Alsacian flambé. Drink 2015-2017.
