Heck of a hosting by @Weston Eidson last night for the City Club wine group. All wines were tasted blind.
This was very light and refreshing. Could see this being super easy to sip on these hot TX summer days. Tons of green apple, pear, citrus and chalky limestone. Right down the middle. I called this non vintage champagne.

This is the most recent US shipment. Disgorged September 2017. More fruit forward than many other Hebrart cuvees- dosage and acidity very balanced. Silky on the palate but with a slightly rounded texture. Very expressive- white flowers, chalk, Meyer lemon. The freshness and purity of this blend is exceptional. Simply a harmonious wine with impeccable precision, tension and finesse. Always a great value.

Great weight, nice biscuit and Meyers lemon, length. It may be a tad high on the dosage for the acid, but still quite lovely, especially for the price. Disgorged April 27, 2016
