One of my go tos. I’d drink this everyday if I could. Pale gold with highly active bubbles. It’s unfair to refer to this as an old reliable because it does absolutely thrill. Aromas of green apples and hazelnuts initially with lemon zest wafting in. After warming in the glass, there’s a really nice herbal element happening here.
So pretty and so well defined throughout. Bright and lively with nice balance and plenty of refinement. Zippy yet appropriate acidity. Chalk and yeast on the palate with an expected burst of citrus goodness. Highly expressive with a ton of personality. Just lovely.
