The nose on this was full blown hot dog covered in sauerkraut. Some sour cherry eventually after all the funk blew off, but generally over the hill. Interesting if nothing else.

OMG 👅 heavy meaty smoke on the nose, and wonderful smokey meat flavor with touches of almond, dried cherry, dried cranberry, a little cinnamon, and maybe tarragon or some type of light herb. I would love to have this age another 5-8 Years 🔥
