Really interesting sparkling wine. Beaujolais. Dank nose. Entry of cherry cordial with some strawberry and finishes with some bitters. The mid palate really is not that interesting. This was opened up alongside a Maryland Albarino PetNat and this one was blown away. This is still something that you just don't see everyday and a neat wine to serve to the person who thinks they have had it all.
