Bwah! I definitely made the right call opening this up the day before drinking it. All that air has made this quite a different beast from the first bottle we had about a month ago. It's crazy how floral it became overnight. Plus a touch of eucalyptus that just tickles the nose. So intoxicating! Full of pep on the palate. It's light-bodied, super fruity, with fresh acidity, and good minerality - just keeps you going until the bottle's empty before you know it. A bottle for one if you ask me. Yum!

Of the 2020 releases from Marc Delienne (which has been quite the trip to work through), this was the cheapest, cleanest, and my favourite. Needs a little air to unfurl aromas of pomegranate, raspberry, and tomato leaves. Bright and juicy, with a rich texture to boot. Nice underlying minerality and spice. Finished in one seating, so a one in the binary scale.
