Flint, acacia, lime and summer clothes line (floral laundry detergent) in the nose. Good acid and body, starts with lemon and citrus acid on the palate, then hit with a touch of butter. Peach and apricot in the mid palate paired with subtle wet stone minerality. Transitions into acacia and jasmine. Super long finish, with a savory note of Parmesan rind, and touch of acid to round it out.
