Open for 3 days. Rich yet with cut and linearity. Extraordinarily delicious. Orange blossom, butter, vanilla. This is just more persistent and concentrated in the mouth compared to the 2011 Nielon Chevalier. I love this. Just gorgeous and no reduction. Good oak (very light toast likely) that complements the fruit wonderfully in a nice subtle spice plus the more obvious vanilla. Excellent and everything I want from this wine/vineyard. Salted orange blossom, lavender short bread. So good! A little Sesame. Briny and oyster like! This is one of the best white burgs I have had in quite a while (Chablis aside)! Lemon curd. Best Chassagne I've ever had.
