Having had this numerous times before this is easily the most impressed I've been from the 2013, Showing a beautiful waxy character. The wine served with a little more warmth has highlighted it's floral character along with feint honeysuckle, apple crumble and golden apple. Given the acid it's probably a vintage I'd love to revisit in 15 years time, in saying that all aged Bredif is good for it

Sep 16th, 2016Killer! A little musty on the nose upon opening but blows off to honeysuckle ginger and lemon custard. Lush texture with some sweetness and acidic balance on a long satisfying finish. Try with tuna tataki
