Nose: quince, marmalade, honey suckle, botrytis, pecorino, lanolin, bees wax and citrus blossom. Great integrity from nose to Palate. Succulent with excellent balance between acid, phenolics and sweetness. Around 60 g/L residual I am told, although not at all cloying. Ageing gracefully.

Dec 28th, 2014Hand carried from the winery in France last April. Just liquid happiness! Burnt sugar, honey and vanilla. Golden color without any brown edges. Just wonderful and even better as the year is relevant to me.
