This is produced by DuMol and labeled under the Maranet name exclusively for restaurants. The nose shows ocean air, split vanilla bean, ripe fig, and fragrant honeysuckle. Marmalade, beeswax, citrus, quince, nectarine, and almonds. This has some nice viscosity, but enough acid to keep it from being heavy. Impressive length. I love how complex this is and how it changes with some air and as it warms in the glass.
