Oct 14th, 2017R- brick red, very first dull edges of sunrise or the rim.
N - gently smoked and cured meats, dried orange rinds, campfire nearby but not so close it burns your eyes or smells like smoke, a clutch of dried flowers.
B - juicy, pomegranate, blood orange juice, intensely mineral, very fine tannins that almost just feel like mineral/acid astringency. Totally delicious.
