Drank this in a little village about 30 miles outside of Rome at a special dinner arranged by our travel agent and prepared just for the two of us. The wine complemented the dinner well.

Fantastic table wine. Simple and fruit forward, but enough tannin to go with dinner. Nose is dry and musty with plenty of cherry and red apple. Light body with a decently long finish. The price is right on this one.
