A light and easy wine to drink. A little too easy. Enjoying it at The Salty Pig with prosciutto and manchego.

my very best pinot, this time from patagonia. first impression is the colour. it’s that light i could consider this is a pink wine. nose is not strong but the taste is surprisingly good: strawberry, earthy, oaky, mineral. fresh and smooth. good for summer, on a terrace… no food pairing, just sitting with friends, talking and drinking;-)
